Hello. My name is Iynai better known as Nai. I specialize in braids, but provide all services. My goal is to make my clients feel confident on their journey to growing healthy hair. THINGS TO KNOW/POLICIES PLEASE READ IN FULL. *** Location is subject to change. Notice will be sent out in a timely manner. ***Same day appointments: $50 up charge. Half payment is due at time of booking. This selection can be found under Add Ons. ***Sundays and Mondays: $50 off day fee. Deposits don’t go towards total cost. Appointment must be booked by me. *** After hours: 6PM & later $50 up charge. ***No extra guest are allowed, including children. ***** There is a 10 minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late and haven’t communicated your appointment will be canceled and you’ll be charged 100% of the total. *** No call no show, you will be banned from booking future appointments, and will be charged 100% of the total. ****when booking ‘Weekly specials’ be sure to look at the dates in the description! Ensure the appointment falls on/or in between the start and end date. If appointment is booked outside of the dates the special is being ran you will be required to pay full price! (HAIR WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, UNLESS YOU BOOK A ‘HAIR PROVIDED’ SPECIAL). Specials do not come with with wash/ deep condition unless it’s a silk press. You can always add a wash if wanted. ****STYLE BUNDLE DEAL***** All appointments must be booked at time of initial booking. Can be booked 3 months out at the latest. Installs: There is a 3 bundle minimum. Hair must be of good quality, or from my list provided in portfolio. Absolutely no exceptions. You must have full bundles (cut pieces not acceptable) and they must be clean; free of glue and thread. Closures must be 5x5, Frontals must be 13x6. HD only! Hair prep: Wash/condition is provided for most styles but please ensure your hair is detangled COMPLETELY before appointment. If hair is not taken down or tangle free there will be a $10 service charge added to total. Payments: Final payments: Cash, Apple Pay. Cash payments must have the exact amount. All services are final. No refunds. Cancellations: ***All cancellations must be done through the booking site. If appointment is not canceled through the site it’ll be counted as a no-show. ***services being provided for a discounted price ALL RULES still apply and must be followed. *** Forms And Wavers Must Be Signed Before Appointment To Avoid Cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Our time is valuable.
